Licensed 2003, Chris began real estate office management 2008 and eventually oversaw 150 agents/ teams in Cleveland while training hundreds of agents throughout the region.  Then Chris began his own team of agents in 2017 which continues to thrive and grow.

Chris is known for creative marketing and bringing deals together (and "saving" others).  He often has solutions or offers  options that other agents don’t realize exist in regards to marketing, transaction management and closing deals.

Many agents began their real estate careers to become “rookies of the year” and future “top producers” under his guidance.

While a sole entrepreneur, I became a top producing sales agent within the first years by focusing on first time buyers, luxury and new construction sales, investments & everything in-between.  There wasn't a listing I couldn't sell! 

Upon entering management, the first office I lead went from failing to thriving within a year. Five years later, I was promoted to the largest office of the brokerage where we built and continued massive success for our clients throughout the Greater Cleveland market. The last five years of management I was overseeing 150 agents, their client relations and a standard of 1,500 closings annually! Needless to say, I've seen it all and been through some of the toughest and strangest transaction situations you could imagine.

My success is based in a core of service through transparency, honesty, communication and explanation.  Adding commitment, knowledge and hard work creates the result many clients have appreciated and benefited from.  I'm here to help, guide, support and represent your best and highest interests!
